I was initially disappointed with the room as there were coffee stains on the walls, dirty carpet, and non-functional taps. Thankfully, after speaking with the manager, we were moved to a better room with a friendlier layout, big TV, and all necessary facilities, though heating was lacking. The service, particularly regarding gluten-free requests, was very friendly and helpful. The location was convenient for our needs, close to restaurants but had a minor issue with dry bread slices. The dining experience left much to be desired with limited breakfast options, but the cured meats were decent. The facilities were satisfactory.

The room we got was incredibly hot that, come midnight, my husband and youngest gave up and opted to sleep in the car. Additionally, the shower leaked in the bedroom, spraying water everywhere. On the bright side, the room was quite spacious with plenty of windows, providing a good view.
